What are the yearly HOA dues?     $450.00

Are our streets private?   Yes they are privately owned. This means we pay for maintenance but without gates the streets are considered public in regards to access and use.

Can I build whatever I want on my Property?   No, we are all required to abide by the HOA rules and guidelines, this topic was covered during your closing at the title company. 

How do I get approval to build on my lot?  All new construction sheds, barns, porches, garages, homes ( site built and move on structures ) , and other improvements must be approved in writing by the Architectural Committee, you can reach them at Remington.archcom@gmail.com  .
