Andrew (Beau) Samples has been the president of the board for 4 years. In the past two years he has been running the HOA without any assistance. He will be spending the remaining year of his presidency showing the new board members how to run the HOA. Giving his insight and knowledge, so the other members can create a place of community all residents will appreciate.
Nicholas (Nick) Humphrey, who will be serving as vice-president, is a new resident to the community. He and his family moved here from Cypress in August of 2024. He currently works for Montgomery County in their GIS (Map Making) department. He previously was the spiritual advisor to a small church in Cypress. Nick prides himself in his abilities of effective communication and bringing people together for a common purpose.
Louis Adolph, who will be serving as Secretary, is an engineering manager and a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. He is a holder of a Master's in Business Administration. Bringing discipline, leadership and strategic thinking to the board, Louis hopes to focus on strengthening communication and fostering a strong sense of community to Remington Forest.
Debora Caraballo Flores, a native of Argentina, but was proudly raised here in Texas will be serving as treasurer of the board. She has always had a huge heart for helping others. Whether it was working as a bilingual dispatcher with the Houston Police Department, a retirement counselor or a small business owner, Debora has learned the abilities to communicate under pressure, ability to cuts costs and manage finances and to embrace project management and operational efficiency. She will bring that same dedication and heart to the community.
Mark McCourt is originally from Australia, but now lives here in Texas by choice. He is a licensed engineer and founder of a US based HVAC manufacturing company. From his twenty plus years in business and construction he brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to budgeting, planning and long term community growth. Caring deeply for the future of Remington Forest, Mark is a great asset to the board.
